Dave is the founder of the firm and has been instrumental in the growth and vision of the firm. In 2014, he developed the algorithm that Jasmijn uses in its risk-based approach to quantitative investing.  Dave has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Jasmijn Capital Management from July 2015-2021. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer of the firm.  Prior to this, Dave served as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for Personal Benefit Services of Colorado and was a partner in the firm starting in 1991.

Dave is a veteran, has 5 children, and 2 grandkids.  He also is a lover of his 2 dogs, and donates his time to charities involving animals and adults in need.
